Privacy policy

Fidé Estate designs, builds and manages properties in Bali, Indonesia. We're based in Canggu. When this policy says "we", that's who it means.

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us:

• Answers you type into the booking form: your name, what you're planning, whether you have land, your budget range, your timeline, and an email address or WhatsApp number to reach you on.
• Anything you send us on WhatsApp when you use the WhatsApp buttons on this site.
• Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP addresses and pages requested. We don't use these to identify you.

We use your answers to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your project. That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.

Booking form answers are sent to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted on Netlify. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

This site currently sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes, we'll update this page first.

We keep enquiries for as long as we're talking to you about a project, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you'd like your details deleted sooner, ask and we'll do it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
